Sunday Worship Service - October 15, 2023

Just when Moses thought that Israel’s future was good, the people make an idol of an old Egyptian goddess. It was an unwelcome blast from the past that glorified their former life of slavery and bondage. As Moses felt the pain of Israel’s idolatry, he also found peace in God’s promise to the Patriarchs [Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob]. When we face painful things and moments, we too can find peace through the promises of God.
